The instructions were clear overall, I just missed one small detail along the way. Other than that, everything was easy enough to understand...

I needed something simple to send as a gift, and these sets worked out well. They’re cute without feeling too over the top, and ordering on the site was easy enough. I do wish there were more options for the gift note though, if that doesn’t improve, I might look somewhere else next time I’m sending a gift.

My package showed up damaged and it didn’t seem like it was packed very well. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, I just expected it to arrive safely. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order again unless they improve the packaging.

I mean, it smells really nice and fresh. The scent actually lasts a while too, which I really like, and it just kind of has that clean, just-showered feel.

Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took a few days, which feels like they should do better when something arrives damaged. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

I reach for these essences when my emotions are all over the place, and they do seem to help me slow down and feel a bit steadier. I wouldn’t say they’re magic or that they’ll work the same for everyone, but for me, they’ve been a nice calming little support when I need it
